Whether you are planning a birthday, baby shower, wedding, baptism, graduation, or another special event, your dessert table will be customized to coordinate with your celebration.
 
Dessert Table Package

Starting at $17 per person + applicable sales tax
60-guest minimum
 

A 60-person package starts at $1,020 + tax.
 

The number of desserts, dessert varieties, and final menu selections will be determined based on your guest count and event needs.
 

Your package includes:

• Freshly made desserts

• Dessert table design and styling

• Coordination of colors and theme

• Display platters and serving pieces as needed

• Table use when needed and agreed upon

• Custom printable details created for the dessert display

• Dessert table setup

• Dessert table breakdown

• Time required to bake, prepare, decorate, package, transport, arrange, and style the desserts
   

Certain specialty desserts, highly detailed custom decorations, specialty toppers, custom signage, elaborate themes, or additional décor may result in an additional charge. Any additional costs will be discussed before your order is confirmed.
 

Dessert Selection

Dessert selections will be discussed once your final guest count is established.
 

Available options may include items such as cupcakes, cake pops, decorated cookies, macarons, dessert shooters, fruit tartlets, brownies, cream puffs, Silvanas, chocolate-covered treats, Rice Krispy treats, and other Sugar Faced Bay Area desserts. Availability may vary depending on your event date, theme, and requested quantities.

Add a Cake

A custom cake may be added to your dessert table package.

Current standard cake pricing:

• 6" Round | Serves approximately 18 | $119.61

• 8" Round | Serves approximately 22 | $146.19

• 10" Round | Serves approximately 32 | $212.64

• 12" Round | Serves approximately 40–56 | $292.38

These cake prices include applicable sales tax.
 

Final cake pricing may increase depending on design complexity, fondant work, specialty fillings, handmade decorations, toppers, edible images, metallic details, or other custom elements.
 

Delivery & Travel

Delivery and travel are not included in the dessert table package price.
 

Delivery mileage is calculated using the current IRS standard mileage rate for business use and is based on the round-trip mileage from Sugar Faced Bay Area in Hayward, California to the event location.
 

The IRS mileage rate may change periodically. The rate in effect when your delivery fee is calculated will be used.

For reference, the current IRS business mileage rate is $0.76 per mile for mileage incurred on or after July 1, 2026. IRS
 

Additional delivery-related expenses may include:

• Bridge tolls

• Parking fees

• Valet fees

• Venue access fees

• Multiple delivery locations

• Excessive waiting time

• Difficult loading or unloading access

• Additional travel required because of incorrect or changed event information

These charges are separate from the mileage fee.

Event & Venue Information

Customers must provide the complete event address, venue name, event time, setup time, parking information, loading instructions, venue access requirements, and a reliable day-of contact person.
 

Please notify Sugar Faced Bay Area of any stairs, elevators, long walking distances, restricted loading areas, parking limitations, or venue-specific setup requirements in advance. Changes to the event location or setup requirements may result in additional fees.
 

Setup & Breakdown

Dessert table setup and breakdown are included with the package unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
 

Setup includes arranging the desserts and agreed-upon Sugar Faced Bay Area display pieces. Any decorations, florals, balloons, backdrops, linens, furniture, signage, or other items not specifically listed as part of your package are not included unless agreed upon in advance.
